How the math could work
VR sessions can be an additional service you charge students for. The market rate for simulator training is 25 to 50 EUR per 45-minute session.
Example: 50 students, 4 sessions, one year
29.50 EUR = lower third of the market range (25–50 EUR). Conservative assumption.
Hardware costs not included – one-time, depreciable in the first year.

Up to 60% less.
The VR hardware may be eligible for up to 60% subsidy through the EFRE program (SAB Saxony). At maximum funding, the net cost of the Standard Kit drops to under 270 EUR.
Funding is not guaranteed. Eligibility depends on the individual application. SafeRoad VR supports you with the application process.
